Morgan Counties.
Illinois River near Havana affecting Fulton, Cass and Mason
Counties.

* IMPACTS...At 19.5 feet, Access road to Anderson Lake north
campground closed.

- At 8:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 17.7 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 8:45 PM CDT Thursday was 17.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 18.5
feet early Sunday morning.
